1. Triple offset design:Unique triple construction, so that the valve during the opening and closing, the sealing surface always maintain zero friction. Not only reduce the operating torque greatly, prolongs the service life, but also ensure the sealing performance under various working conditions.

The triple offset butterfly valve is on the basis of double offset, and the center line of the valve cone sealing base is tilted to the center line of the valve body, that is the positive cone seal is changed to the oblique cone seal. 

After the triple offset, the sealing section of the butterfly plate is elliptical. The structure makes the minimum pressure angle of the 360° circular sealing surface greater than the friction angle, therefore, the phenomenon of local friction and sticking is eliminated, achieved the sealing surface of the valve plate is separated and contacted at the instant of the switch, reduce the friction torque force greatly when the valve is switched on and off, solve the double offset butterfly valve sealing structure defects, and extend the service life of the valve.

2. Seal ring: F53+STL, Select high-strength metal materials to ensure that the valve is strong and durable, even in terrible industrial environments can be stable operation. 

3. Energy efficient:The triple offset design makes the valve have small resistance and fast flow rate when the fluid passes through, effectively reducing energy consumption and improving work efficiency.
