The double offset butterfly valve achieves a “double eccentric” structure by simultaneously offsetting the valve stem axis from both the butterfly plate center and the valve body center. Compared to center-line butterfly valves, it offers greater pressure resistance, stability, and service life; it also supports metal seats and can operate at temperatures up to 500°C, extending its application to high-temperature conditions. The valve has lower flow resistance, making it particularly suitable for large-diameter water, gas, oil, and corrosive media pipelines (DN200 and above) for regulation or shut-off applications.

The Cryogenic Double Block & Bleed Ball Valves is designed for cryogenic conditions ranging from -196℃ to -46℃ and is widely used in storage and transportation systems for media such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid nitrogen, and liquid oxygen. The valve body is made of cryogenically resistant materials (such as 304L and 316L), and the valve stem is lengthened with a drip tray to prevent cryogenic conduction to the packing. The sealing structure features fireproof, anti-static, and stem blowout prevention designs, ensuring flexible operation and zero leakage in cryogenic environments. It is a core safety component for critical equipment such as LNG receiving stations and air separation units.

A trunnion ball valve is a common type of valve. Its core component is a ball with a circular through-hole. The ball is connected to the valve body via a valve stem and is fixed by upper and lower trunnions, making the ball’s rotation more stable. During operation, rotating the valve stem causes the ball to rotate 90 degrees to open or close the valve. When the through-hole is aligned with the valve bore, it is fully open, allowing the medium to flow smoothly; when perpendicular, it is fully closed, cutting off the medium.
