Recently, Specialty Valves Group obtained two invention patent authorizations: “Online Maintenance Cryogenic High-Performance Ball Valve (Authorization Announcement No.: CN 113236810 B)” and “Compact Online Maintenance Cryogenic Butterfly Valve (Authorization Announcement No.: CN 113154056 B),” marking another significant breakthrough in our extreme operating condition valve technology.

The patent “Online Maintenance Cryogenic High-Performance Ball Valve” is a profound response to our demand for valve reliability in extreme low-temperature environments. Through a unique design, this patent enables non-stop maintenance of valves under cryogenic conditions (such as -162℃ commonly seen in the LNG field), greatly improving the continuity and efficiency of industrial production. This not only solves the problem of traditional valves being difficult to maintain under extreme conditions but also brings unprecedented convenience and safety to customers.

The patent “Compact Online Maintenance Cryogenic Butterfly Valve” reflects our dual pursuit of space optimization and high-efficiency performance. The butterfly valve design provided by this invention combines the advantages of both wedge gate valves and triple eccentric moving seats. By removing the extended valve cover, internal components such as the butterfly plate and valve seat assembly can be directly removed from the central cavity. The entire process allows for internal component replacement or maintenance without disassembling the valve from the pipeline, showcasing the limitless possibilities of technological innovation.

Behind every patent lies the dedication and wisdom of the TGE R&D team. From market research to conceptual design, from laboratory testing to field application verification, every step strives for perfection, ensuring that products not only meet current needs but also anticipate and lead future technological trends. In the future, we will continue to uphold the philosophy of “innovation-driven development, quality winning the future,” deepening technological innovation, expanding product application areas, providing global customers with more efficient and reliable valve solutions, and jointly promoting the green and intelligent development of the industrial sector.
