A plug valve is a shut-off component—it opens and closes by rotating the valve disc 90 degrees around the valve body’s centerline, used to cut off, distribute, and change the flow direction of media in pipelines. The working principle of a plug valve is to regulate and cut off fluid flow by rotating the valve disc to change the size and direction of the valve disc passage. Its main functions include flow regulation, fluid cut-off, wide applicability, good sealing performance, and simple structure.

Check valve refers to a valve whose opening and closing part is a round disc and acts by its own weight and medium pressure to block the backflow of the medium, which belongs to the automatic valve.The motion mode of the valve disc is divided into lifting type and swinging type.Lift Check Valve is similar with globe valve, only the stem that drives the disc is missing.

A butterfly valve is a type of valve whose closing part (valve disc) is a disc that rotates around the valve stem to open and close. It is mainly used for pipeline shut-off and throttling. The disc is driven by the valve stem, and a 90°rotation completes one opening and closing cycle. By changing the deflection angle of the disc, the flow rate of the medium can be controlled. Common butterfly valves include wafer-type butterfly valves, lug-type butterfly valves, and flange-type butterfly valves. Butterfly valves are suitable for engineering systems that transport various corrosive and non-corrosive fluid media, such as generators, coal gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas, hot and cold air, chemical smelting, power generation, environmental protection, and building water supply and drainage systems. They are used to regulate and shut off the flow rate of media.
