A butterfly valve is a type of valve whose closing part (valve disc) is a disc that rotates around the valve stem to open and close. It is mainly used for pipeline shut-off and throttling. The disc is driven by the valve stem, and a 90°rotation completes one opening and closing cycle. By changing the deflection angle of the disc, the flow rate of the medium can be controlled. Common butterfly valves include wafer-type butterfly valves, lug-type butterfly valves, and flange-type butterfly valves. Butterfly valves are suitable for engineering systems that transport various corrosive and non-corrosive fluid media, such as generators, coal gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas, hot and cold air, chemical smelting, power generation, environmental protection, and building water supply and drainage systems. They are used to regulate and shut off the flow rate of media.

The resilient-seal concentric butterfly valve is a common type of valve where the valve stem axis, the center of the butterfly plate, and the center of the valve body are located on the same axis. It uses elastic materials such as rubber for sealing, and the sealing pressure is generated by the elastic force formed by the interference fit between the butterfly plate and the bushing, achieving bidirectional sealing. This valve has a compact structure, low flow resistance, large flow area, and a near-linear flow characteristic, making it suitable for regulating media flow. The sealing ring is removable and replaceable, adaptable to different media requirements. It is commonly used for pipeline media control and flow regulation in petroleum, chemical, and water supply and drainage industries.

Cryogenic Side Entry Triple Offset Butterfly Valve are high-performance valves adapted to low-temperature environments. Their core design utilizes a triple offset structure: the valve stem axis is offset from both the valve body centerline and the butterfly plate center, and the valve seat sealing surface is inclined to the valve body channel axis, achieving torque sealing. The valve body, valve seat, and butterfly plate are made of special materials resistant to low-temperature impact and corrosion, such as stainless steel and alloy steel.
