Butterfly Valves

Butterfly valve is a kind of valve whose closing part (butterfly plate) is a disc and rotates around the valve shaft to open and close. It mainly plays the role of cutting off and throttling on the pipeline. The butterfly plate is driven by the valve rod. If it is turned 90 degrees, it can be opened and closed once. By changing the deflection angle of the butterfly plate, the medium flow can be controlled. The commonly used butterfly valves are clip type butterfly valve, lug type butterfly valve and flange type butterfly valve. Butterfly valve is suitable for producing furnace, gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas, cold and hot air, chemical smelting and power generation environmental protection, building water supply and drainage and other engineering systems to transport all kinds of corrosive and non corrosive fluid medium, used to regulate and cut off the flow of medium.


Concentric Butterfly Valve

3.Shaft and disc are connected by pin, torque screw or pin less, to achieve the opening and closing.


Cryogenic Butterfly Valve

Cryogenic butterfly valves refer to butterfly valves that can be used in low temperature conditions. Butterfly valves with operating temperatures below -40°C are usually called low temperature butterfly valves, which are mainly used in chemical plants such as ethylene and liquefied natural gas. Triple Offest Butterfly Valve

The valve stem axis deviates from the center of the disc and the center of the body at the same time, and the rotation axis of the valve seat has a certain angle with the axis of the valve body passage, which is called a triple eccentric butterfly valve.
